Christmas Honey mustard pumpkin,beetroot and carrots

Cut all vegetables into serving sizes and mix with a dressing.
Dressing - mix all together
3 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon mustard
3 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
Bake for 30 minutes
garnish with chopped parsely.
