Magic Sauce For All Food











Use this sauce for:-
1. salad dressing
2. sauce for steam fish /fried fish/ baked fish
3. roast chicken
4. boiled vegetables
5 Fried noodles
6. as a marinade for chicken/meat
7. Everything and anything you like

Ingredients-
1. 1 tablespoon light soya sauce
2. 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
3. juice of 1/2 a lemon - adjust the quantity
4. 1 tablespoon brown sugar
5. 1 small pip garlic smashed and coarsely chopped (not too much as it is pungent)

Method-
Add all in a bowl and mix with a spoon.
Larger quantities can be made and store in a bottle in the fridge, ready to be used anytime

Egg Sandwich



Ingredients:

Servings:

6 hard-boiled eggs
3 tablespoons mayonnaise 
pepper (optional)
Lettuce (optional)
6 slices whole wheat bread (any type will do)
Directions:

Finely chop boiled eggs.
2Mix in mayo 1 tablespoon at a time, so not to add too much.
3Mix in  pepper.
4Put egg salad mixture on bread (toasted is good as well), also good on rolls for finger foods.
5Top sandwich with lettuce.
6Enjoy!

1. Mash up 1 banana and beat in the egg
2. Heat up a non stick pan
3. Add a little oil or butter
4. Make tiny pancakes by dropping 1 tablespoon of the mixture into the pan.
Can make 4 tiny pancakes in the pan
5. Flip over when you get a delicious aroma !
6. Make another batch of pancakes.
